Please use this form to record and track your reading for the school year. Every time you read a new book, enter it here and it will make it easy for you to prepare your Annotated Bibliography, which is a Gateway requirement. There is also a four-book-per-year (including summer) requirement for graduation, so this will help you record what you have read toward that goal.
